Community Nursing Care
We bulk-bill Medicare EPC plans for Health Care Card holders, aged care pensioners and under 16's. A $10 discount is offered for Health Care Card holders on private visits.
Payment Information
We are a fee-for-service provider. Payment is collected at the time of service. We accept cash, credit card, and HICAPS. For Workcover, TAC and veteran affairs, we send invoices directly. For Medicare EPC we bulk bill directly — no gap for Health Care Card holders or Pensioners.

Important Policies
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with less than 4 hours notice or failure to attend may incur a $75 fee. SMS reminders are sent the day before your appointment.
Late & Missed Appointments
Late arrivals may receive shortened treatment time. Missed appointments may be charged the full consultation fee.
Group Session Passes
4 session pass valid for 6 weeks. 10 session pass valid for 12 weeks. All sessions must be pre-booked and paid in advance.
